At the most difficult of times Duggan's handled the loss of our mother in a professional and caring manner. She had prepaid her requests and you fine tuned them to help keep the costs down. We certainly appreciated that. The staff was kind throughout our meeting and knowing how emotional we were advised us to take our time with decisions. Also we received a lovely card from them a few weeks later indicating that they arranged to have a tree planted in the Mendocino national forest to honor her life. Wonderful and we were very touched.
