Thank you Susan for taking me to see Hilda in her last days. She was beautiful and accepting, even in a hospital setting, even in the confusion of failing health, even as death was approaching. It was an honor to sit by her side and look in her eyes. I hope her spirit is rocking out somewhere, carefree and released from all worry. Hilda, have a ball--thanks for being here and for birthing those wacky Knights.
The Knight family are in my heart and thoughts as you all harvest the rich bounty of Hilda's life and times.

Sad to see you leave this world but so happy that you are now with Grandad. I love you both so very, very much and miss you everyday. You were the BEST grandparents a person could ever ask for and I cherish the times we had just us 3 and will hold on to those dear memories for life. What makes me smile most though - knowing that our precious Francesca will also have such loving memories of you. She talks about her great grandmother with such pride and love, it makes our heart swell!

Love and miss you always, kisses on your belski and give grandad a big hug and kiss for us all xoxoxoxox

God Bless you Mum and just know, we all love you more than words can say. I'm so grateful to have had you as my Mother for all these years, and know you are in a better place now, back with Dad and watching over all of us. We miss you terribly, but I know we'll all be together again one day. Until then, hugs and kisses to both of you. Love, John.
