Sarah Sessions Obituary

Sarah Jennifer Cotter-Sessions

Sarah J. Cotter-Sessions passed away on July 16, 2018 following  a surgery.  Sarah was born on December 15, 1971 in Daly City, California.  She was raised by her adoptive parents, Robert and Mary (Molly) Sessions in St. Helena and Sonoma, California.  She was predeceased by her parents, and is survived by her two sons, Jacob  and Joseph, and brother Benjamin John Sessions (Sheana Davis).

Sarah attended Prestwood Elementary School, Altamira Middle School and graduated from Sonoma High School.  While growing up, Sarah enjoyed Soccer and school socials.  Sarah was living in San Mateo, California at the time of her passing where she enjoyed many friendships, and a loving relationship with members of her birth family (Cotter).  In addition to her brother Ben, Sarah is survived by members of the Cotter Family.

Sarah was proud of her living a clean and sober life for the past two years,  attending Narcotics Anonymous meetings, conferences and leading weekly meetings.

Other survivors include aunts, uncles and cousins from the extended Sessions Family.
