Richard Luzzi

Rich Luzzi died October 20, 2022 after a fight with cancer.  As a youth he loved spending time in Sonoma with his grandparents and moved to Sonoma in 1952.  He never left except for the time he was in the Navy.

Rich was a really good guy devoted to his family.  He adored his grandchildren taking pride in their accomplishments.

Rich leaves behind Donna his wife of 40 years, as well as a stepson, Christian, his wife Trish and grandchildren Haylee, Hudson and Greysen.  He is survived by his sister, JoAnn, his brother Glenn, Glenn’s wife Denise and his sister Mary.  There are nieces, nephews and cousins who survive him.

We ask that you remember Rich as a wonderful husband, a devoted family man, a true Sonoman and underneath his rough exterior, a man who loved his family and friends.

We and the rest of the family are going to miss our “Bumpa” tremendously.

Please join us for a celebration of his life on November 5, 2022 at the Moose Lodge in Sonoma from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  There will be food, drink, desserts and all are welcome.
