Nadine Esther Pasquini was born in Petaluma on September 7, 1957. She was the daughter of Leo and Catherine Marino. Nadine went to Prestwood Elementary School, Altamira Middle School and Sonoma Valley High School. As a young woman, she worked at the Broadway convalescent hospital and the Sonoma Developmental Center until she had her first child and became a full time mom.
She loved to spend time with her family, friends and dogs. She enjoyed the fireplace in the winter, trips to the casino, picking blackberries, mowing and shopping. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she loved to decorate the house every year. Nadine was a great cook and her holiday meals were always plentiful and enjoyed by many. No one could leave the house without a heap of leftovers for the next day. She was quick to help others, generous and out spoken. You never had to guess what was on her mind. She is survived by her husband, Mario Pasquini, her son Vince (Emily) Pasquini; daughter Tracy (Damian) Simmons; granddaughter Addison Pasquini; grandson Jackson Simmons; Brother Terry (Georgia) Marino; sisters Leona Marino, Janie Marino and Joanne (Richard) delMas. Adored by numerous nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved caregiver, Vanessa Hubbenette. She was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Catherine Marino, sister Cathy Marino, and brother Charlie Marino. Nadine passed away on June 11, 2021. May she celebrate with family and friends lost in past years and welcome the rest of us as we find our way home to god.
