Our son, brother, nephew, grandson, and friend. Jake was a beautiful person that we loved and treasured. A true gift we will forever miss.
Jake was talented in many ways. Bright and artistic. Loved acting, playing water polo and hanging with his friends. He was so funny and charming. A sweet, sensitive,thoughtful and insightful soul. Many knew him as a true friend.
Our hearts are broken over this loss of one taken too soon. 
Jacob, We are blessed to have had you for nearly 20 years.
May your spirit be free to continue on your journey.
