Cecily Ellen Kagy

Cecily Ellen Kagy, age 45 passed away early December 7th at her home in Cotati, California.  She was born June 20, 1974.  She went to school at 21 years of age to become a Psych Tech and continued happily in that field for 10 years.  She worked in Homeless Outreach in Sonoma County for the last 3 years, helping so many in need.  Cecily truly loved helping others, it brought her great joy.  She had a way of connecting with people in a way that no one else could.  She is survived by her daughters, Kyra, Shana, and Annabelle, along with her beloved nephew, Brian.
