Angelo Louis “Lou” Bresciani passed away in Santa Rosa on April 27, 2025 at the age of 91. A lifelong resident of Sonoma and Marin Counties, he was born and raised in Tomales, and attended Tomales High School before serving in the U.S. Navy.
In 1958, Lou married the late Harriet Bresciani. He worked as the operations manager for over 30 years at the House of Daniels in Marin. Lou will be remembered for his love of hosting dinners, playing cards, and enjoying time with friends.
He is survived by his children, Lonnie Bresciani Graf (Arnie) of Petaluma, LuAnn Cheda (Kirk) of Petaluma, and Brenda Moretti (Ken) of Novato; and grandchildren Clark Moretti, Gianna Moretti, Emily Cheda, Carole Cheda, Riley Cheda, and Jacob Graf. He was preceded in death by his grandson Cody Cheda and his siblings John, Dolores, and Alvin. Lou is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the friends and neighbors who supported Lou in his final months.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Negri’s Restaurant, 3700 Bohemian Hwy, Occidental. Private family entombment at Occidental Druids Cemetery. Arrangements by Duggan’s Mission Chapel, Sonoma.
