Robert "Bob" Tacherra, 80, of Sonoma (previously of Petaluma), California, passed away peacefully Sunday, February 12, 2017, surrounded by his family. Robert was born on February 19, 1936, in San Leandro, California, to Lawrence and May Ellen Tacherra. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army. On June 24, 1957, he married the former Isabell Crowell.
