I was fortunate enough to have Kip as my simulator partner when we upgraded to 747 captain at Tigers. His work ethic was amazing. He never tired of talking aircraft systems and procedures. His instructors said that he was one of the best students that they had ever seen. He led his life with those same standards. Kip, you have truly reached up and touched the face of God!

So very sad to hear of Kips' passing. He was one of the finest men I have had the honor to know and work with. He made me laugh all the time, and was so proud of his wife Jane, Son Sean, and daughter Noelle. And those grand-kids of his ... just mention them, and his face lit up. I was proud to call him a friend. Hugs and happy memories to all whose lives he touched.
