Dorothy F. Wagers

Dorothy F. Wagers (Landrum), of Sonoma, age 102, departed this life on April 3, 2018. Predeceased by her only child, Richard Ransom Landrum, retired chief of Los Altos Fire Department.

Dorothy was the daughter of Charles Ransom Wagers of Deersville, Ohio, and Mary McCarthy Wagers, a member of pre-1852 pioneer McCarthy family of San Francisco and Burlingame. Graduated Mercy High School, Burlingame, class of 1935. Retired from The Hibernia Bank. Grandmother of 2. Great-grandmother of 4.

Will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by dear cousins and special friends.

Mass at 12:30 p.m. on April 13, 2018, at St. Francis Solano Catholic Church, Sonoma, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Dorothy and Richard to the Sonoma Volunteer Firefighters Association or the American Cancer Society.
