Claire Joanne (Bagley) Brooks

Aged 91, passed away in Santa Rosa, CA. Born July 26, 1926, she grew up in and raised her children in Humboldt County. She had lived the past 40 years in Sonoma County. She was one of six children and is survived by her brother, George Bagley (Liz) of VA. Beloved mother of Art Lorentzen (Linda), Sandra Swift (Jim), Sharon Johnson, Betty Rowell, and George Lorentzen (Carol). Grandmother of Dina, Brian, David, Tiffany, Kenneth, Kelli, Kurtis, Sara, Libby, and Marci. Great-grandmother of 12. Great-great-grandmother of 1.

She had enjoyed bowling, going to Reno, watching and betting on the horses, and doing stitchery kits for her family.

Per her request, no services will be held. Her children will take her back to Humboldt County at a later date. The family would like to thank the ladies at Sunset Garden RCFS for the care they provided the last few years.
